Kampala - School Report Question and Answers

What letter grade (ranging from A, excellent, to F, fail) would you assign to this school based on your overall experience? Would you choose it again?

C. I wouldn't choose the school again because all three of my children had negative experiences there. However, with the turnover in school leadership I am hopeful that things are better now and in the future. - Sep 2020

D-F i believe that a large part of education is up to the student applying themselves but considering the things we have dealt with or seen I would say unless your older child is a strong straight A, self-starter type of student, I would not apply here. Having spoken with parents from the other popular school, I would not have placed Uganda on our bidlist at all. - Nov 2019

A. And yes, I would definitely choose it again and am, in fact, choosing it for my youngest (18-month). - Sep 2018

B+ - a school can always do better, and there's always room for improvement but thus far we are VERY pleased with the support that ISU in Uganda provides. Learning diversity and inclusion are hugely important to us, and the school doesn't just have this listed as part of the mission and vision, but actually practices it, and ensures that these values are thought throughout the curriculum at ISU in Uganda. - Jun 2018
