F - ISU has numerous children who are offspring of the schools' own staff and teachers and who benefit disproportionately (e.g. preferred access to information, participation in school plays, events). We also found that ISU staff seem reluctant to discipline local children when needed. For example, we raised an instance of bullying/intimidation with the school staff and were told that ISU could not do anything because "the parents are political." - Jun 2015
