Freetown - Post Report Question and Answers
What kind of vehicle(s) including electric ones do you recommend bringing to post, given the terrain, infrastructure, availability of parts, burglary/carjacking risks, etc.? What kind of car or vehicles do you advise not to bring?
Don't bring anything nice. Most vehicles can handle driving in the city. You'd need something a little bit more robust if you want to drive outside of Freetown. You may have issues getting your car serviced though. - May 2025
