Is it easy to make friends with locals here? Are there any prejudices or any ethnic groups who might feel uncomfortable here?
It is tough with the language barrier again. People also live spread out some locals commuting for hours to the embassy. There is some tension with the French still, and around the elections they are typically the ones who are targeted for any crimes. - Apr 2025
