Yes, and it's very fast, but the installation took us about 6 weeks since we arrived at the end of July (everyone goes on holiday in August). I think installation has been faster for most. - Jun 2018

Yes, good and affordable. Fastweb is my recommendation. It takes 3 weeks to get setup, but worth the wait. You can buy a 3G pay as you go data plan and fob for a laptop while you wait. - Aug 2013
Yes. Telecom Italia and Fastweb are the two most widely used service. I paid about 70 Euro a month for unlimited service with Fastweb. However, I had several billing issues with them and the customer service is terrible. - Jun 2010
