What is your housing like (house or flat, in a compound, in city or suburbs, etc.)?
We lived in an apartment on a compound in the city, across from the US embassy. It was quite nice, the apartment had its own independent a/c system which was quite uncommon, especially in apartment buildings, and it was quiet but still centrally located. There were good restaurants within walking distance and public transport was close and convenient. - Dec 2025
