Are the teachers at the school required to speak English as a first language--or at least fluently?

No. Several of the Spanish teachers refused to speak English and seemed annoyed if you did not know Spanish well. - Oct 2020

Since it is a French school they should be required to speak French fluently. Some did not speak ANY French. - Jul 2011
