Are the teachers at the school required to speak English as a first language--or at least fluently?

Generally the teachers are expected to speak German as a first language. We saw one non-native speaker teacher not have his contract renewed. They try to have native speakers teach French and English, but are not always able to make it happen. - Apr 2017
