How is the overall communication between teachers and parents, and the administration and parents? How is communication facilitated?

A-this depends on the individual teacher, but all have email accounts and are readily available for parents. Teachers publish a monthly newsletter and the ECC head/principal sends a weekly electronic newsletter. - Jan 2014
