Are students generally challenged appropriately by the curriculum? Please describe any particular strengths or weaknesses in this area. Do you have any thoughts how the curriculum is applied and implemented at this school?
With the director who started as we entered, the school has grown the curriculum in leaps and bounds. She has put a focus on US Embassy families specifically and introduced the Arlington County curriculum as a guide post for teachers, so that children who are coming in or possibly leaving here will be on track at any school in the US or any other IB school around the world. She has done immensely wonderful work and families have been extremely happy. - Aug 2026
Academically, it is a good school. There were some truly excellent teachers during the years that our kids were there. And there were a few who were so and so just like at other schools. - Dec 2018
