What kind of vehicle(s) including electric ones do you recommend bringing to post, given the terrain, infrastructure, availability of parts, burglary/carjacking risks, etc.? What kind of car or vehicles do you advise not to bring?
I don't think I've ever seen an electric vehicle here; it's not that kind of place. Bring something that you are not worried about getting dinged up, or that you want to get rid of after your tour; used cars are a hot commodity here and you'll easily find a buyer. - May 2026
