Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?
Meknes isn't particularly adapted to those in wheelchairs, though it is common to see locals lifting a wheelchair-bound person up the stairs. People are extremely helpful and accommodating, but as far as wheelchair ramps are concerned, there aren't many. - Aug 2006
