What do people who suffer from environmental or food allergies need to know?
Spring has very, very, very bad pollen season (google the cedar trees planted 50 years ago). Spring allergies are horrendous. For food allergies, it is very difficult to have substitutions or accommodations at restaurants. Many restaurants now use peanut oil to fry which has caused issues with those with nut allergies. - May 2026
Lots of seafood here. If you have a seafood allergy, be very careful. - May 2021
