English-language newspapers and TV available? Cost?

Yes. Direct TV is about US$150 per month. - May 2013

Magazines and newspapers available in the local press are of poor quality. Articles are often not well-written and lack credibility. DSTV and Hi-TV are available. Hi-TV is more limited, but it is popular because it has exclusive broadcasting rights for English Premier League football matches. - Jun 2009
