Internet is everywhere, quality is okay. Moldova claims the best internet in Europe. This is definitely not true, but it's okay. Almost all housing these days comes with internet pre-installed. If you are responsible for paying your own utility bills, make sure you pay them on time, because the phone / internet company will disconnect you very fast if you don't.
