Is this a good city for LGBT expatriates? Why or why not?

There has been lots of progress compared to where the country was 20 years ago, but there is still work to be done. There is a large Pride Parade every year and community organizers push hard for change. - Feb 2019
I think that the LGBT community is well represented here. Ecuadorians, in my view, do not discriminate against LGBT, and within the office there seems to be a large representation of LGBT. - Jun 2013
