Low; There's not much to do in the city other than going to malls, dining out and going to small concerts. Have to travel far for anything else. Last year, 3 local employee staff were fired, 5 others quit and 3 expats curtailed for different reasons. Because of the high crimes, there aren't too many things you can do after work in the evenings. - Jan 2012
