There is an awesome English speaking vet who makes house calls. And he's cheap. Can't speak about kennels but you would probably be better off having someone come to your house to watch your animal vice taking them to a kennel. The weather here is such that you could leave a dog outside year round if you wanted. The yards are perfect for pets. - Apr 2010
