Asuncion - Post Report Question and Answers
What kind of vehicle(s) including electric ones do you recommend bringing to post, given the terrain, infrastructure, availability of parts, burglary/carjacking risks, etc.? What kind of car or vehicles do you advise not to bring?
The roads are AWFUL in Asuncion. Just beyond description. Your suspension/shocks will get destroyed. Something made for off-roading would be ideal, or just get a junker and expect it to get destroyed. - Jun 2025
