What are some interesting/fun things to do in the area? Can you recommend any “hidden gems"?

Aviario, Playa Blanca or Azul, Castillo San Felipe - Aug 2019
Visit various islands right outside of the bay, tour the Castillo de San Felipe, visit the Old City, relax on the beach. Also, travel to Bogota is convenient and fairly inexpensive (by airplane only). - Mar 2012
