What is the relative size of the expatriate community? How would you describe overall morale among expatriates?
If you enjoy seeing the same people every day, everywhere, then I imagine you will have a great time. You need to carve out your own personal space; otherwise I'd be concerned the gossips will try to be involved in your personal life so they can entertain themselves. - Jun 2018
Post is what you make of it. There is a large UN population as well as other NGOs and the French Embassy. Although, the French embassy staff tends to hang out amongst themselves. The expat community is big and you get to know everyone real quick. When I was there morale was great. I had a great time given the circumstances. - Oct 2017
