Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?
Sidewalks and such and hills make wheelchair access near impossible. - Jul 2020
There aren't really sidewalks, but there isn't a whole lot of opportunity for strolling around the city (nor would you really want to, Nogales is not that kind of town). As long as you were able to drive you would probably be fine. - Aug 2011
