What kinds of organic, vegetarian and allergy-friendly foods are available, such as organic produce, gluten-free products, meat substitutes for vegetarians, etc?

Vegetarian-friendly foods are just starting to make there way into Poland. There are a couple of restaurants and a couple of stores that carry soy- based products. Organic is even weaker here. - Aug 2011
