Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?
Someone with disabilities would not have an issue navigating the city or using public transportation for the most part. Part of the appeal of the city is being able to hike up hills and take in the views, but I am pretty sure most of these points are now accessible by elevators or the furnicular. - Mar 2011
