How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?
Diplomatic mail. Honestly I don't know if there's a postal service, everything else arrives by courier. - Nov 2025

DPO (U.S. government mail system) is very slow. 4-6 weeks for packages. 6-8 weeks for letters. - Jul 2013
Mail gets here, but it helps to use one of the delivery companies. Aramex has some sort of program where you can have a PO Box in the USA to which mail/packages can be sent, and they will automatically be forwarded to Dubai. - Aug 2011
Use your company's PO Box. There is no home delivery service. Depending on who collects your mail it can be pretty safe. I've had a number of things never arrive. I would not recommend you get things which are valuable sent to you here. - Jan 2011
