What is the typical dress code at work and in public places? Is formal dress ever required?
Local dress code is business casual. Short sleeve button up shirts and slacks for men, blouses and skirts/pants for women. Some of those who interact with the Political side of the Embassy are wearing suits and ties. - Jun 2026
