What kinds of organic, vegetarian and allergy-friendly foods are available, such as organic produce, gluten-free products, meat substitutes for vegetarians, etc?
Organic foods are more and more available, but at what definition of organic? There are opportunities to visit organic farms and make arrangements for regular deliveries of produce of the week. Gluten-free and substitute products are not available in my experience. - Sep 2010
