English-language newspapers and TV available? Cost?

I had some cable television which came with my apartment. I didn't upgrade from BBC, CNBC, and CNN. I just lived with it. You can upgrade, though, and deal with the nonsense of speaking Turkish when your cable goes out. It's best to stick with AFN if you can get it at your residence. - Oct 2010
