Would someone with physical disabilities have difficulties living in this city?

It's tough in the winter, because even accessible entrances get affected by snow and ice, but it's generally as accessible as a large US city. - Sep 2025

Winter time is difficult but Ottawa does have snow clearing down to a science so it's not as horrific as it would seem to be. In the summer, it is probably on par with any other forward-thinking city in terms of accessibility. - Nov 2009
