Are local sports classes and/or activities available for kids?

Yes, lots of sports options. Swimming, skiing, ice skating, karate, horseback riding, etc. - Apr 2021

Through the school, yes. There are also soccer clubs in and around town as well as skating facilities (old Olympic center), dance classes, and other sporting opportunties. The school runs a great winter ski program for all students. - May 2010


The school has limited ability to offer sports. Skiing and snowboarding lessons are a part of the curriculum in the winter. Basketball is the sport we're most familiar with, and the local teams are very active. Our kids also joined the local Judo team, a sport they had done for many years. Horseback riding lessons are available at much less cost than you would pay in the states. - Jun 2009
