Are there any unusual problems with insects or other infestations in housing?

Nothing extreme. We experienced mosquitoes in the late spring and fall that would get into our house, because it was just too nice out to not have the windows open. We had to buy several "plug-in" type mosquito repellent devices that seemed to do the trick. - Aug 2011
