Are there any particular mental health issues that tend to crop up at post, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues)?
Happily, Vladivostok is sunny with clear skies the majority of the year. This was a huge surprise to me. Even when it was bitter cold (-30), it was bright and clear unlike Moscow, which is generally gloomy, grey, and overcast for much of winter. - Jun 2017
