Is it easy to make friends with locals here? Are there any prejudices or any ethnic groups who might feel uncomfortable here?

Not sure. I had a few local friends but they were mostly through work. I imagine it's not easy to make friends with locals otherwise unless you're into a specific social scene. - Jun 2023
Locals do not make friends easily with foreigners, at least in my experience. It's a little bit clannish. - Jan 2019
