There's a supermarket my wife and I like called Megamart which has lots of speciality items. My wife was on a gluten free kick for a while and was able to find products, albeit at a premium. You can also order a lot of stuff online if you have APO - Mar 2012

There is a new company that imports organic food from europe that is becoming more popular. It is still very expensive, though. If you are vegetarian you will do just fine. - Oct 2010
