If you have any opportunity to get out, take it. - Apr 2019

I enjoyed stripping away the "fluff" from my life for a year. I lived really minimally, and I'm better for it. That was the highlight for me. No commute. No shopping, cooking, etc. A different kind of life experience that I can't have in the real world. - Jul 2018

Well, there's dancing, karaoke, fun runs, and other things to do if you make an effort to get out there ('there' being the compound). Making friends with other countries' compounds make for some nice nights to relieve the boredom of compound living. - Feb 2014

Helicopter ride to the airport upon departure! - Jan 2014

Work out. There are 2 gyms here. The pool is VERY nice is you're into swimming. Again, Baghdaddies is the bar. They have yoga and other workout classes. There are movie nights and dance nights, like salsa and ballroom, but I hear only girls show up for them. - Sep 2010

Exercise, read, watch DVDs or go to the occasional happy hour. - Aug 2008
