Are there any particular mental health issues that tend to crop up at post, such as Seasonal Affective Disorder (winter blues)?
This is an isolating place with A LOT of work in every section. Poverty is in your face all around you and there are security threats and political instability. Add to this many people are unaccompanied and away from their families. Plus you live and work together with very few options for outside entertainment. People cope with this in different ways, I was warned about drinking and eating too much when I check in at the MED unit. - Aug 2019
