Sure, I worked from home, so anywhere with good internet and less than a day's flight to continental Europe would have worked for me. I found Cyprus and easy place to live with lots of good destinations for weekend recreation. - Aug 2022

Yes. Cyprus isn't always the most exciting place, but its laid-back atmosphere definitely grew on me. The weather and the ability to be outdoors almost all year round was a big plus. - Dec 2009
