How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?

The embassy has no APO and has a dip pouch. However, our Yemeni Governmental friends constantly hold up the pouch and go through our mail. You can send/receive no liquids at all. Also, no FEDEX or DHL. - Apr 2011
