What is the typical dress code at work and in public places? Is formal dress ever required?

There isnt really a dress code but Slovak women tend to always be dressed to be seen with high high heels even in the snow. But I never felt judged or looked down on for dressing more casual. Generally Slovaks are very nice and friendly. - Jun 2017
