How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?
Yekaterinburg is a diplomatic pouch post. We receive mail from the US typically within two to three weeks of it being sent. Outgoing pouch mail goes only once a month and also takes about two to three weeks to arrive. We have no experience with local postal facilities. - Feb 2020
