Road trip to Rwanda, getting away from the city and up into the hills, staycations at the few nice hotels (Sunstone Beach, Kiriri Gardens, Hotel Club du Lac) - Aug 2023

There are great trips to be had in Burundi. The beaches of Blue Bay Resort are lovely. A short trip and tour of the main tea plantation and factory was impressive. Boating on the lake on the weekend. Coffee tasting (Burundi's primary export is coffee). - Nov 2017
