Pickpockets are everywhere, particularly downtown and in heavy touristic areas. Crime has increased also in the most recent years but it is not as bad as in other cities this size. - Jul 2008
One needs to be careful as there are pickpockets, especially in tourist-heavy areas. Many of my friends have been robbed, laptops stolen, etc. One needs to exercise caution. - May 2008
