What English-language religious services are available locally?
There is a local Baptist church founded by some Americans and I'm pretty sure they do services in English. There's an English-language Catholic mass every first Sunday of the month nearby. To the best of my knowledge, almost everything else is in French and Creole. - Jun 2014
