Is this a good city for LGBT expatriates? Why or why not?
The country is fairly tolerant of LGBT, but I'm not an expert. Legally they LGBT Bolivians have decent rights - it's usually one of the few bright spots on the annual human rights report. - Jan 2024

Gay or lesbians are not well accepted inside of the Bolivian culture but they are very humble and kind so they won't bother. I haven't heard any negative experience about it. - May 2011
