How do you send and receive your letters and package mail? Are local postal facilities adequate?
We have used Luxembourg Post & Telecom (POST) as well as the diplomatic pouch service. Both have been adequate for our needs. - Jun 2017

US Military APO is available for sending and receiving packages and letters. - Apr 2010
APO or Pouch at the embassy. I use DHL even though FedEx is available. - Oct 2009
