How would you describe the availability and cost of groceries and household supplies relative to your home country?
You can find almost anything and more at the grocery stores. We were extremely happy with the selection at grocery stores. Don’t miss the open air markets in the city as well. Balti Jaam was our favorite for fresh produce. - Sep 2023

Groceries are slightly cheaper overall, however the produce is seasonal. It can take a couple trips to different stores to find what you want. I think you can find almost everything here, just not all the time. - Oct 2012

For the most part you'll be able to find everything you need here. Use the DPO for those specialty must haves or specific brands. Cost is a bit higher than in the States. - Sep 2010
