What is the air quality like at post (good/moderate/bad)? Are there seasonal air quality issues? Does the air quality have an impact on health?

The air quality in Paris can be quite poor at times. I often feel like I'm breathing air in a giant parking garage. My oldest daughter has asthma and she has quite a bit of trouble here between the poor air, the damp weather, and the ongoing chest colds. - Sep 2010
