What do you wish you had known about this particular city/country before moving there?
The food is underwhelming. Some nice surprises here and there, but tough to really dive in with cold chains being poor or non-existent and food sanitation being on the poor end of the spectrum in most places. Stomach illnesses and food poisoning are not a matter of if, but when. - Apr 2025
