Yes, but only barely. If I weren't working at the consulate or living in consulate housing I would come back... but there's a definite attitude in the consulate of: 'you're in Hong Kong, there's no such thing as a serious problem here, so we're not going to fix anything or help with anything'. It's very frustrating and has made life here not so much fun. - Mar 2012
