Clean, quiet, safe, breathable air, and four seasons. It is relatively inexpensive in Minsk. Pedestrian right of way is rigorously observed. There is excellent public transportation and lots of parks. Decent restaurants and nightlife. There are many family-friendly places as well. - Apr 2019
